We ship with our preferred carrier, UPS. Orders are shipped on Monday - Friday, and usually will be shipped on the same day the order is placed.
All items are packaged and shipped with the highest attention to safe delivery of your product.
After we have received and verified your payment by PayPal, Credit Card, Check or Money Order, we will instruct our warehouse to package and ship the items to you.
We have built an online tracking mechanism so you can track the package as is it shipped to your address.
If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund (less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee). Send back in the original packaging, with an explanation of your dissatisfaction and a photocopy of the invoice, to:
